This is a series of Connected Nation reports on America’s Broadband Challenge. Over the
course of the next few months, these reports will examine extensive survey data from more than 50,000 consumers to identify the real barriers to broadband adoption and computer use, particularly among traditionally underserved demographics. The series will also examine the programs and policies that are working to overcome these barriers.
