Faster Web surfing at Va. libraries sought

HOT SPRINGS, Va.--Faster Internet connections in Virginia public libraries will be discussed at a 2-day meeting at The Homestead. The Virginia Opportunity Online Broadband Summit is being hosted Wednesday and Thursday by the Library of Virginia and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
